A Wilson Estates Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.

We do not share information about individuals with others, nor do we sell information on to third parties. We share aggregate statistics about our services, sales & performance, and related site information, but these statistics do not include personally identifying information.

We collect personal data provided to us, from our customer via email & telephone communication, and in person. We gather this information to enable us to process your interest & requests, registration, addition to mailing lists, and any valuation or viewing bookings you make for a property. To be removed from our mailing list, please email us at info@awilsonestates.com, using the subject header “Data Protection – Removal from Mailing List”. To request a list of the third parties we use for each of our services, to enable us to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, please email us at info@awilsonestates.com, using the subject header “Data Protection – List of Third Parties”

By submitting your information, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this Policy. If our Privacy Policy changes, we will display the changes on our website, and also notify customers, to ensure that you are aware of the personal data we collect, and how it is used, at all times.

Any relevant information is used by us, and sub-contractors, to provide any services requested by you and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the service in general, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR).

Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary, to ensure our services to you can be delivered. A minimum retention of 12 months (maximum 7 years) from conclusion of transaction will apply, to fall in line with legal requirements. In the absence of legal requirements, data will be deleted when the purpose for which it was provided is no longer valid, and/or when the data is no longer up to date. Consent for data retention can be withdrawn by emailing us at info@awilsonestates.com, using the subject header “Data Protection – Withdrawal of Consent”.

If A Wilson Estates Ltd is sold, or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisors/prospective purchasers/their advisors, and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
